The populations of insects and pollinator insects are declining worldwide at alarming rate due to habitat reduction and deterioration, insecticides, invasive species and climate change. One person can't change the whole world, but one can do small things to help these little bugs. We can e.g. stop using pesticides in our gardens and favor wild flowering meadows instead of neat short lawns. We can also help by building insect-hotels like this in this picture, where bugs can live, lay their eggs and hibernate. This bug hotel was built by using recycled materials. You should build one too!

Finnish people often say how much we love and appreciate our beautiful nature. However, some people have really funny way to show it. No matter where you go or how deep in the forest you go, you will always find at least one beer can. And these days, also face masks.. But the beer cans.. Those must be our own speciality.

This pile of poop might just help in turning this forest into a nature reserve area ☀️☀️
